Property Policies:

Check-in: from 4 p.m. Check-out : within 10 a.m. 200 euro to be left at the check-in as guarantee deposit. Electricity, final cleaning, bed/bathroom linen (one weekly change) and gas costs are included . Heating cost is calculated according to the actual consumption.

Reservation Policies:

30% to be payed at booking, the balance is due on arrival directly to the owner. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
