Property Policies:
The rentals rates are based on 8 people sleeping.
SUPPLEMENTS: groups of up to 9 or 10: € 350
Groups of 11 or 12 : € 700
Children under 2 years on the date of arrival free of charge.
There is a security- breakage deposit of 500 Euros (cash) to pay on arrival.
All prices include VAT.
Minimum stay is always 7 days in peak season.
In low - mid and high season minimum stay is 5 days.

Van hiring for tours with English-speaking guide. Car hiring (the owner can hire a car for you and let you find it at the villa directly).
Internet connection, telephone, professional chef for breakfast, professional chef with waiter for dinners (the price depend on the menù) ) , professional chef for cooking lessons , extra maid service (15 euro per hour), babysitting (15 euro per hour), central heating on consumption.
Security Deposit:
There is a telephone/breakage cash deposit of euro 500 payable on arrival. This will be returned to you, less any deductions, on the day of departure.
Check-in time : from 4 to 6pm.; check-out within 9,30am.

Bookings conditions:
20% of the total rental rate at time of booking (Visa / Mastercard charge).
Balance to be received 75 days before the first day of the booking directly to the owner.
Cancellations:
The following amounts are to be paid in the event of cancellations:
Cancellation made within 76 days before arrival date: 20% of total holiday cost
75-60 days before arrival: 80% of total holiday cost
59-0 days before arrival: 100% of total holiday cost
