Property Policies:
The above prices are based on 7 people sharing.
Children under 2 years on the date of arrival free of charge.
Additional price of 200 Euros per person up to a maximum of 10 people.
There is a security/breakage deposit of 500 Euros (cash) to pay on arrival.

Booking Restrictions:
Minimum stay in peak season is 7 days.
In low, mid and high season minimum stay is 5 days.

Van hiring for tours with English-speaking guide. Car hiring (the owner can hire a car for you and let you find it at the villa directly).
Internet, telephone,central heating, extra maid service (15 Euro per hour), babysitting (15 euro per hour), professional chef available for breakfast , professional chef with waiter available for dinners (the price depends on the menu), professional chef for cooking lessons.
Security Deposit: there is a security deposit of 500 to be paid in cash on arrival at the property.
Check-in time: from 4 to 6 p.m.; check-out within 9,30 a.m..
Reservation Policies:
20% of the total rental rate at time of booking.
Balance to be received 75 days before the first day of the booking, by swift bank transfer.
The following amounts are payable in the event of cancellations:
More than 76 days before departure 20% of total holiday cost payable
75-60 days before departure 80% of total holiday cost payable
59-0 days before departure 100% of total holiday cost payable
