The panorama that exists once you reach the estate is spectacular: from the covered terrace and the garden you can admire the peaks of Pania and Uomo Morto , and the bell tower in the village of Sassi.
The view is even more suggestive during the autumn-winter season when the trees in the natural amphitheatre that surrounds the estate are a blaze of golden yellow and the mountains are dusted with snow.
You reach the estate on a road that passes through a thick chestnut wood, and as soon as you enter the gate you immediately notice the villa: an old house that has been completely rebuilt (works finished in 2003) respecting the original style, as demonstrated by the mandolata and the two windows that flank the front door. 25 acres of land surround the house: that will be surely appreciated by families and children who can enjoy it as their own playground.

The main center , Castelnuovo Garfagnana (you can find there shops,restaurants,tourist informations.....) is 1,6 km far from the villa . Castelnuovo has its own railway station which is linked with the most important cities of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence......) .
