In the heart of the Lagoon between Burano and Torcello and very close to Murano and Venice, surrounded by the countryside and by the water there is Santa Caterina, in the island of Mazzorbo. Your country home is on an island in the heart of the lagoon.
On request: private boat service from the airport, railway station or parking lot. Santa Caterina has been renovated with care and attention to its origin. There is telephone, hi-fi and TV. There are 2 private moorings (one outside the house and the other on the opposite site of the canal).
On request: catering service, cook and house maid (extra). Transfer from the house to the public transport by boat takes 3 minutes. With the same boat it is possible to arrange excursions to the other islands and Venice.
Lido of Venice has 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, riding and the sandy beach. Shops and services at 15 minutes walk. The private boat can be used by experienced clients (test to be taken).
Due to its location check in is not later then 19.30h in Summer, 16.00h in Winter. On request by phoning the owner 2 days in advance check in outside notmal hours can be arranged. Cosy, comfortable villa "Santa Caterina".
