Only 40 minutes from Pisa Airport and 20 minutes from the Versilian Coast, Compignano East has been carefully restored by a British architect.
It has modern furniture, and is very comfortable and well equipped, with all bedrooms having their own bathroom. The rooms are spacious with original terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. A special architectural feature of the house is a stunning 3 storey lightweight steel and stone staircase, around which the rooms are arranged.
Just outside the house, there is a lovely, large terrace with a pergola, furnished for outdoor meals. The terrace also has a built-in barbeque.
