Property Policies:

During low and Christmas seasons, parties smaller than 6 can enjoy a reduction on the weekly 2007 and 2008 rates:
low season: discount for 5 people €237; discount for 4 people or less €474
Christmas season: discount for 5 people €282; discount for 4 people or less €564 Above prices include: Electricity(not for heating), hot/cold water, TV satellite, pool cleaning, laundry, maid service twice a week, bbq, outdoor dining area, sunbeds,/chairs, good welcome pack.
Extra services: Fax, internet, telephone, typical Tuscan dinner, extra maid service, bike hire, central heating. These are available at extra cost.
Security Deposit: There is a security deposit of euro 300 to be paid in cash on arrival at the property.

Reservation Policies:

Deposit with booking: 30% by Visa or Mastercard charge Balance due 10 weeks before the first day of the booking directly to the owner. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES: In case of cancellation your credit card will be charged as the following fees: -30% from the date of confirmation, up 69 days prior to rental commencement period. -100% from 70 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
