the apartment prices includes: water's consumption, gas electicity, final cleaning, weekly change of linen and towels, use of washing-machine, swimming pool, mountains bikes and parking lot.

- heating (charged on the spot according to usage)
-If required, daily cleaning is possible (charged extra).

- security: euro 100 per apartment the deposit will be returned on your departure

A prepayment of the 20% of the rent is required at booking by charge on a Visa/Mastercard. Balance on arrival.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
In case of cancellation your credit card will be charged as the following fees:
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
