Property Policies:

ARRIVAL: Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm
DEPARTURE: Saturday before 10 am
SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas for cooking use, towels for the swimming-pool, one set of bed and set bath linen per week included in the price, cleaning service for 3 hours per day except Sunday, fast internet acces ADSL free, pool and park maintenance.
SERVICES payable on site to the owner:

Reservation Policies:
A 40% is required as down payment at booking with credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Final payment due with credit card ( Visa or Mastercard) at arrival.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES
-40% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
