A Chiara Luna is based around an old farmhouse which has been completely restored. It is located on a small hill which overlooks Lake Trasimeno towards the fortified outline of Castiglione del Lago on one side and the neighbouring gentle hills of Tuscany on the other.
For relaxation the farmhouse is surrounded by a lawn of one hectare, with a swimming pool (6 x 12m) for the use of the guests and a barbecue for those lovely moonlit evenings.
SWIMMING POOL: Open from April 28 to October 6, the pool measures 6 x 12 mt, with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.40 mt.
It is located about 20 mt from the house and is fully equipped with 2 gazeboes, deckchairs, tables and chairs and an outdoor shower at the poolside
The train station is located in Castiglion del Lago far away only 4 km.

The main house has two storeys. On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, storeroom and service bathroom and four double bedrooms, one of which is suitable for handicapped people, each having an en suite bathroom.
Two bathrooms have a shower whilst one also has a tub. Some of the rooms on the ground floor communicate with each other. A large external stone staircase leads to the first floor with three double bedrooms each having en suite bathrooms with shower.
One of these bedrooms has the double bed located on a splendid platform. One of the ground floor bedrooms and one of the first floor ones have a splendid imperial style tub. All the bedrooms have independent entrances.
Just 20 metres away is the annex set up as a reception and including a laundry room, a service bathroom and a sitting room with reading area. The annex will be available for the 2007 season.
