Property Policies:

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 ARRIVAL: from 4pm to 7 pm - DEPARTURE: before 10 am SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, one set of bed and set bath linen per week, baby cot (sheets no provided), final cleaning.
THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE: Heating (€ 1,50/mc) if used.
RESERVATION POLICIES: The minimum rental period is one week from Saturday to Saturday, except other arrangements that must be agreed with the owners in advance . From October to March arrival and departure can be done on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservation Policies:

RESERVATION and PAYMENT: The reservation will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 20% with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) of the total amount, balance on arrival in cash.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
