SERVICES INCLUDED: Electric power, water, gas for cooking, cleaning and initial linen, end cleaning, supply with a set of towels per person during the week, one pool towel per person for the week, maintenance of the pool and garden, central vacuum for dust.
Music in the room through wire and CD to be operated also with CD brought personally by guests. TV in the sitting rooms, Internet fast service as soon as available. Due to specific technical solutions of the structure, it was not necessary to provide an air conditioning system.
DEMANDED SERVICES: (to be paid directly to the owner): additional cleaning during the week (€ 50,00), additional supply of linen during the week (€ 15 per bedroom), additional supply of set of towels during the week (€ 6,00 per person), possible other services (€ 15,00 per hour). Efficient heating system inside the floor during winter and autumn (€ 4,00/mc). Cook, catering (pizza, local gourmets and wines), taxi, babysitter, on request.
