Property Policies:
It is required a refundable security deposit of euro 1.000 in cash, on arrival, to pay directly to the housekeeper.
The security deposit will be returned to the clients the day of departure deducted of the extra cost of heating and possible damages.
The weekly rental price includes electricity, gas, cold/hot water, linen and towels for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, towels for swimming pool (changed weekly);
final cleaning, 9 hours maid service, INTERNET ADSL use.
Safe, cot, highchair available, on request, free of charge.
Heating and telephone to pay extra on consumption.
Extra cooking or cleaning service, on request, to pay extra.
Reservation Policies:
It is required an advanced deposit of 30% on booking with credit card ( Visa or Mastercard).
The second payment of 40% is required not later than a month before the arrival by banking money transfer directly to the owner.
The full settlement is required on arrival in cash.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 3 days prior to rental commencement period.
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
