Uttendorf: Wood block chalet "Stöckl", on a slope, in the woods, south facing position. Private: grounds (fenced), lawn sunning area, garden furniture. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary).
Grocers, restaurant 3 km. Public bathing area, tennis, sports centre 3 km, mountain lift 7 km. The car can be parked in front of the house. The chalet is situated between Niedernsill (3 km) and Utterndorf (3 km).
The holiday home offers pure nature on your doorstep. However, the large ski resorts of Zell am See-Schmittenhoehe and the glacier resort with assured snow Kaprun Kitzsteinhornare only 10-15 minutes away by car.
