Property Policies:

PRICES LIST FOR 2008 SEASON:
All above prices are based on 6 people sharing.
In case the party is smaller
Prices discounted Euros 100 for each adult in a party less that six.
Cash refundable security deposit of euro 500 shall be given to (and returned by) the local property manager.
Prices include normal use of water, gas for cooking, electricity.
Prices DO NOT include cost of heating and final cleaning.

Reservation Policies:

A 20% is required as down payment at booking by credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
Final payment at least 30 days before arrival by bank transfer directly to the owner.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 43 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period

Booking fee: € 30.00
