Property Policies:

The rental prices include: bed and bathroom linen (one weekly change), electricity, final cleaning.
Heating is charged extra if used. The charges will be as follows:
PADRONALE euro 20/day
LOGGIA and FATTORIA and IL PERGOLO: euro 15/day
PORTICO euro 10/day
COLONICA (GPL gas) euro 4,10 per cubic mt used.
The villa has a nice restaurant inside, open for dinner on Fri-Sat-Sunday.
Breakfast can be served on request (7 euro per person).

Reservation Policies:

A 30% is required as down payment at booking and 200 Euro as guarantee deposit at arrival. Balance is due on arrival, either cash or by Visa/Mastercard. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
