In the garden you will find a swimming pool (10x5) (1/4-30/9) with degrading roman stairs, an equipped panoramic terrace and a barbecue.
Access along approx. 0,400 km of dirt track road. The owner, for reasons of maintenance, occasionally uses an apartment on the lower floor of the house. The house is suitable for clients with domestic pets, as it has a fenced and shaded garden. Parking.
