History
In its prime, the Estate was totally self sufficient, with farmhouses used for making cheese, honey, a trout farm, animal storage and vineyards. It is said that the Villa was built on solid, granite rock where there was once a house dating back to Roman times. All set amidst the "Apuane Alpe" nature park famous for their funghi porcini and wild game in the autumn months.

The villa's size is about 330 sq mt.

Downstairs to the left there is a study-television room with home video, Sat.TV, ASDL and double French doors to the terrace outside. Crossing the hall passing a Steinway grand piano, then into a luxurious dining room leading to a kitchen with double French doors to the terrace and garden. Once outside, a Gazebo encloses a table for dinner under the stars.
