Dive in the pool of a rental villa! In Umbria there’s a villa waiting for you! Charming stone farmhouse dating back to the 14th century set on a 4-hectare farming estate with plants, olive trees and orchards.
The rental villa, which was tastefully restored with most of its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved, is quietly located and offers beautiful views over the surrounding landscape of Umbria.
The interiors are nicely decorated in a rustic style.
Distances: the small town Agello with all kinds of shops 2 km, the shore of Lake Trasimeno (water-sport facilities) about 7 km, Perugia 12 km, the famous medieval town Cortona about 25 km, Assisi about 30 km.
Florence is approx. 130 km away. A golf course, a tennis court and horse-back riding facilities are within 10 km. Excellent restaurants offering dishes of the local Umbria tradition are available in the area surrounding the rental villa.
Bus stop with busses for Perugia about 300 m from the villa away.
At guests' disposal: large, terraced garden (5.000 m2) offering beautiful views over a valley, swimming pool (9 x 4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), 2 furnished gazebos, table-tennis, games for children, barbecue, bread-oven, volley-ball ground.
Fly screens on all windows. Telephone. Pets are only allowed if they stay in a room on the ground floor provided for the purpose.
Extra services: Maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour payable locally).
Cook service for excellent meals based on Umbria recipes available by arrangement (to be paid on the spot). Bath-towels for the swimming pool available on request (payment on the spot). Baby cot available with extra charge of € 52,- / per week to be paid on the spot.
