Charming, recently renovated country house situated in the hills near the Umbria-Marche border amidst the woods; from here you can admire stunning views of the surrounding valleys and the village of Apecchio, famous for its fossil museum, the Ubaldini Palace and its medieval bridge.
The house is well equipped for families with children or groups who want to have a peaceful holiday in close contact with nature. It is possible to buy local produce, such as the famous truffle mushrooms, ham, cheese and honey.
Guests can also take walks, go hiking, and horse riding along the marked paths. Reasonably comfortable furnishings (more simple in the bedrooms). Central heating.

The house can be rented in two different ways; for groups up to 20 people or, with a price reduction, for groups up to 12 people.



Distances: Apecchio with shops, restaurants, bar, bank, post office and pharmacy 1km, Monte Nerone 15km, Città di Castello 25km, Urbino 40 km, Gubbio 45km, the Adriatic Sea 65km.



At guest’s disposal: panoramic swimming pool (5m x 10m, max. depth 1.20m, open 01/05 – 01/10), veranda (17.5m²) with cooking corner and dining table (20 pers.), archery, mountain-bikes, small bocce pitch, baby-bed is available (please request when booking), barbecue.
Parking on premises. Owner prepares lunch/dinner upon request.
