Property Policies:

Minimum Stay: 3 nights, except in June/July/August (on those months Saturday to Saturday is mandatory)
Animals of small size are admitted
refundable security deposit: Euro 500 on arrival. It will be given back at the moment of departure after verifying the absence of damages.
included in the rental price:
electricity, water, gas for cooking
Weekly change of bed linen, bath and kitchen
Not included: final cleaning: euro 150
heating: euro 2/mc
On request: cooking lesson, dinners, chef, wine testing
domestic help (euro 10/hour)

Reservation Policies:

20% of the rent at booking (Visa/Mastercard), balance on arrival (cash).
Check in is Saturday from 4.30 pm to 7 pm , check out must be until 10 am
Balance and Security Deposit of euro 500,00 for any damages have to be paid on arrival by CASH. The Security Deposit will be returned at departure if no reason for any forfeitures.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
In case of cancellation your credit card will be charged as the following fees:
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
