Property Policies:

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 350,00
ARRIVAL: from 4pm to 7 pm - DEPARTURE: before 10 am
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, one set of bed and set bath linen per week, baby cot (sheets no provided), final cleaning.
THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE: Heating (€ 1,50/mc) if used.
RESERVATION POLICIES: The minimum rental period is one week from Saturday to Saturday, except other arrangements that must be agreed with the owners in advance. From October to March arrival and departure can be done on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservation Policies:

RESERVATION and PAYMENT: The reservation will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 20% with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) of the total amount, balance on arrival in cash.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
