As you enter in the property you are irresistibly attracted to the sunny and spacious surrounding, and above all to the magnificent panoramic view: the landscape of the plain of Lucca and its country-side with hills and the mountains behind, the area of Pisa, the coastal town of Livorno and the sea-line in the distance make Segale a place of peace, tranquility and quiet where you can spend your holiday in the truly natural atmosphere. From the wineyards just under the villa, they produce their own red vine “Segale” famous in the whole area.

The villa has been recently completely restored giving special attention to its Tuscan ancient style retaining the original beamed ceilings and using only antique cotto floor tiles but at the same time equipping to a very high standard.

The villa is made up of two floors over 400 square meters.
The ground floor includes the main entrance, by a centenary pergola, a spacious living room with fireplace, a smaller living room area with TV sat large flat screen and DVD player opened onto the garden, a large dining room, one extra bathroom, a spacious kitchen equipped with table and chairs, dishwasher, oven, hob and all other facilities, a storage/laundry room where you find a refrigerator with deep freezer, a washer, a stone sink. The kitchen area is leading onto a very panoramic pergola equipped with table and chairs, barbecue and an old marble sink.
On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms each one with en-suite bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bathtube and shower.
Each bedroom is spacious and elegant furnishing with appliques and furnitures of epoch (end ‘800 – begin ‘900). The rooms are very light and has windows just make to made the people able to enjoy the beautiful view.
The first floor has two independent entrances opened onto the garden and the swimming pool area. The private swimming pool, large size (m. 14 x 7) lies in a very sunny and magnificent panoramic position, in a secluded area yet close to the villa.
The large garden around the pool is equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol for shade area and shower. The pool is usually opened from 1st May to 30th September.
The weekly rental price includes electricity, gas, water, towels and linen for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and pool, changed weekly; final cleanings and 9 hours maid service. The heating and the telephone will be charged on consumption at the end of the stay. ADSL INTERNET connection.
