Property Policies:

IMPORTANT: the rental rates are meant for parties up to 4; in case the guests are 5, there will be an extra charge of euro 50/week/short stay to add.
Minimum three nights beginning from any day of the week (arrival from 4 p.m.; departure within 10 a.m.)
INCLUDED: Water, gas, light, electricity, final cleanings, heating, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included.
Refundable security deposit: euro 150 to be paid on the spot

Reservation Policies:

A 20% is required as down payment at booking (Visa/Mastercard charge).
Final payment due in cash at arrival.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
