Independent cottage a few meters from the main structure.(50 m2) Gr. fl.: kitchen/dining room (TV) with armchair bed and two accesses to the outside one of which onto the private equipped terrace. Going up 4 stairs: 1 double bedroom with a 3rd armchair bed and access to the outside.
Going up 3 stairs: original bathroom with shower, the floor is made from ancient "basolato", a local stone. It is possible to have a small breakfast and half board on request and upon payment.

LOCATION: 13 km from Modica (all kinds of shops) and Pozzallo (tourist bathing spot with sandy beaches), 35 km Nolo, famous for Sicilian baroque, and the ancient city of Ibla, 60 km Syracuse.
