Fascinating stone built house (abt. 600 m2) which probably was once a convent, situated at the furthest point away on a hill in a peaceful position dominating a beautiful green valley. Set in the Appenines between the Umbria and Marche regions (abt. 700 m a.s.l.) and bordering with the region of Tuscany. The house has been completely restored and equipped with modern technology, it has however been furnished and fitted out using period pieces and by using architectural styles which have left intact its ancient atmosphere.
On a terracing just a few steps from the house is a beautiful swimming-pool (12x6) with equipped grassy area. The very hospitable owners run an interesting health centre, about 20 km away, with spa pool (10% discount offered on the entrance to the pool) , sports facilities and where there are also specialised doctors, as well as an excellent restaurant which the guests staying in the house can use and they will be given special rates.

It is possible to book the same accomodation for 23 people under the name COLDIFIORE 23: in this case the bedrooms, the kitchenette and the two bathrooms with shower on the gr. fl. and two sleeping places on the 1st fl. will be closed off and this has to be agreed with the owner upon arrival.
