Property Policies:

Prices include weekly cleaning, linen, electricity. Central heating extra. Fast INTERNET connection is available 500 Euro as guarantee deposit at arrival (refundable).
WEDDINGS: minimum rental of the villa for 3 nights, calculated pro-rata on the weekly rates; plus a fixed cost of euro 2500.

Reservation Policies:

A 30% is required as down payment at booking and 500 Euro as guarantee deposit on arrival. Final payment due on arrival. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES -30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period. -50% from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period -100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
